Brief Introduction of the Oil Tank in Central Mix Concrete Plant

In addition to the strong electric power, the power system of concrete batching plant certainly is inseparable from the reliable supporting of fuel generators. Accordingly, it is necessary to know fully the oil tank structure of central mix concrete plant. Whether in use or in troubleshooting, it will be very helpful to you.

Brief Introduction of the Oil Tank in Central Mix Concrete Plant

The importance of electric concrete mixers in the production of central mix concrete batching plant is without doubt. The smooth flow of oil also determines the operation performance of electric concrete mixers. Let’s see the brief introduction of the oil tank configuration in central mix concrete plant.

There is a baffle in the middle of the oil tank to separate oil suction pipe and oil return pipe which can make the oil flow only by planning. This is not only conducive to oil cooling but also beneficial to avoid oil bubbles. There is an oil level indicator in the side of the oil tank so you can check the oil volume and know the temperature inside the oil tank conveniently.

There is an air filter above the tank which can be added into filtered hydraulic oil. It connects the air and prevents the dust. There is plug screw at the bottom which is for oil draining. When maintaining or cleaning the oil tank, it can empty the the remaining oil. The level meter can not only be used to check the height of oil but also the emulsification of oil.

In the working process of central mix concrete plant, oil level can not be lower than the intermediate scale of the level meter. When the pointer of the vacuum gauge reaches the red area, you should replace the filter element in time.
