Concrete batch plant is mainly made up of mixing console, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system, and five major system and other ancillary facilities composition.   1. Mixing console According to the mixing mode, mixing console is divided into forced type concrete mixer and the fall type concrete mixer. Forced type concrete mixer is used at home and abroad. It can stir liquidity, half harsh and harsh and so on many kinds of concrete. 2. Materials weighing system Material weighing system is the key component that influence the quality of concrete and concrete production cost, it is mainly divided into aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing of three parts. 3. Material conveying system Material conveying system is composed of three parts. Aggregate transfer; At present, batching plant conveying has two ways that include hopper conveyor and belt conveyor. Powder conveying: Concrete’ available powder is mainly cement, fly ash and mineral powder. The current widespread use of the powder conveying way is screw conveyor conveyor. 4. Material storage system The available material storage ways of concrete is basically the same way. The aggregate is stacked open air; the powder fully is enclosed with steel silo storage; admixtures are stacked with steel structure container. 5. Control System The control system of batch plant is the central nervous system of the equipment package. According to the different requirements of users and the size of the batching plant, the function and preparation are different. Usually, the available small mixing plant control system of construction site has relatively simple struction, while the large batch plant system is relatively complex.
