A concrete pump is a machine that utilizes piston pump technology to force liquid concrete through a pipe with immense amounts of pressure. It was a German invention that, over the decades, companies like Concrete Pump Depot have evolved their offering into several different variations such as the skid-mounted concrete pump, the concrete pump trailer, and the concrete pump boom.Which one you use depends on the job you need to get done.
Generally, we use two types of pumps for concrete.
First type of pump is Line Pump. It is mounted on a truck and placed on a trailer. Line pumps normally pump concrete at lower volumes than boom pumps and are used for smaller volume concrete placing applications such as swimming pools, sidewalks, and single family home concrete slabs and most ground slabs.

Second type is boom concrete pumps. These pumps are attached to a truck and uses a remote-controlled articulating robotic arm. They are mostly use on big construction sites and pump at very high volumes.

Recently, I have purchased a Boom Concrete Pumps from Concrete Pump Depot. They have quality boom pumps.
