It is the process of transporting the measured aggregate to the temporary storage bin of the measurement layer. Including belt conveyor and feeding equipment and other accessories.

Common failures:

During no-load or load operation of belt conveyor, deviation phenomenon or slipping during belt load operation results in leakage and abnormal wear of equipment, which reduces the working efficiency of commercial concrete plant.

Cause analysis:

The external force on the belt is not zero or perpendicular to the tension stress in the belt width direction. There are many reasons for the belt deviation. Therefore, the belt deviation should be solved in the aspects of design, manufacture, installation, debugging and maintenance. When the belt slides in heavy load or rainy weather, the friction coefficient between the driving roller and the belt is small, and the torque of the driving roller to the belt is small, and the belt will slip.

Treatment method:

1. Adjustment of tensioning mechanism: it is applicable to belt operation. If there is no fixed direction in the direction of deviation in the same direction or left or right deviation, it indicates that the belt is slack or the tension on both sides of the belt is different.

2. Adjust the drum method: it is applicable for the belt to deviate from the driving drum, indicating that the installation of the driving drum is not horizontal or different from the vertical width of the belt, and the levelness and smoothness of the driving drum should be adjusted.

3. Adjustment of bracket support method: it is suitable for the belt to deviate to one side when it is empty. The bracket near the belt deviation should be adjusted 1 ~ 2cm along the belt movement direction, or the bracket on the other side should be raised by 0.5-1cm.

4. Removal of adhesion: it is suitable for the belt to be attached to the surface of the roller due to sand, stone and other attachments after a period of operation, so that the diameter of the roller at this point is increased, resulting in uneven force. If the belt runs away, the adhesive should be cleaned in time.

5. Adjust the belt: if the belt edge is seriously worn or the joint is not parallel after bonding, it will make the larry on both sides of the belt uneven, and it should be repaired or replaced in time.

6. Installation of aligning idlers and limit idlers: several sets of automatic aligning idlers (flat roller or slot roller) can be installed to automatically correct belt deviation; By increasing the limit roller, it can be installed on the rack where the belt deviates, which can make the belt reset.

7. Increase the friction: increase the weight of the belt tensioning mechanism and adjust the adjusting lead screw of the belt to increase the friction. Cutting straight groove on the rubber layer of the driving drum increases the friction coefficient. Adjust the tension drum near the driving drum, increase the belt in the driving drum Angle, thereby increasing the friction.
