drum concrete mixer is a kind of construction machinery, mainly used for mixing cement, sand, dry mortar and other building materials. This is a machine in which a shaft with a blade rotates in a cylinder or trough, mixing and mixing various materials to make it a mixture or suitable consistency. 1. Before starting the rotating part and first checking whether there is any stirring tube scratch, adjust if scraping.

9. The abnormal phenomenon of components should be carefully checked. Drive clutch, brake and corresponding protection device are sensitive and reliable rope should be checked before damage, track, pulley is good, smooth body, surrounded channel, in order to confirm that there is a problem with the testing machine. After 2-3 minutes of operation, the roller will rotate smoothly, without pulsating or out of shape. In normal operation, it will sound before operation

10. In operation, repair and maintenance of drum mixer is prohibited, and the tool is not allowed to be extended to the feed tank.

11. The operation of the drum mixer is fed. In the course of a power failure, the material should be immediately discharged, allowed to stop midway and start reloading.

12, should not exceed the amount of material is strictly prohibited overload.

13. Drum mixer aggregate shall be strictly screened to prevent paper jam when large diameter must not exceed allowable value.

17. After the work of the cold season, pumps, water discharge switch and water in the storage box must be cleaned to avoid freezing equipment.
