How to solve the leakage problem of concrete mixing plant

Concrete mixing plant, as a kind of large-scale equipment for producing mixed concrete, is an indispensable mixing equipment for road construction and construction. Its safe and smooth operation is related to the progress of the whole project and the safety of construction personnel. But any kind of machine and equipment in the process of operation will inevitably encounter some emergencies, including power failure, leakage, parts damage and so on, for the concrete mixing plant and other large equipment, leakage phenomenon also occurs, once the problem occurs, how to solve it?

1. Determine whether the power leakage is real in the line of concrete mixing plant.
The insulation resistance of the line can be measured with a megohm meter, or an ammeter is connected to the main blade gate. On the premise of not opening the equipment, all equipment in the cement mixing plant can be connected.
2. Judge whether there is electric leakage between the phase line and the zero line or between the phase line and the earth, or both.
The method of judgment is to cut off the zero line, or the ammeter indicator remains unchanged, is the phase line and the earth leakage; If the ammeter indicates zero, there is leakage between the phase line and the zero line; If the ammeter indicates small but not zero, it means both.
3. Determine the leakage range of concrete mixing station.
Remove the branch fuse or pull the knife gate, if the ammeter indicator is unchanged, it is the bus leakage; If the ammeter indicates zero, it is a shunt leakage; If the ammeter indication is small but not zero, it indicates that the bus, shunt leakage.
4. Find the leakage point of concrete mixing plant .
After the above inspection, pull the switch of the line lamps and lanterns in turn. When pulling a switch, if the ammeter indicates zero return, it is the branch line leakage, if the ammeter indicates small, it indicates that in addition to the branch line leakage, there are other leakage. Or use test pencil segment test is ok also. The leakage point can be found by narrowing the search range in turn.
